Does your investor work like this? They should. cc @infoarbitrage
I’ve been working with Roger Ehrenberg and his rock star team of big-data geeks at IA Ventures almost since the day we started dreaming up BillGuard. He was one of our first big believers and financial supporters. We talk shop often but since being heads down on the product and traveling like mad over the past month we hadn’t been in touch since Nov 8th. Today I get this email from him …

SUBJECT: checking in
yaron, i hope all is well with you and your family. i obviously have been closely following billguard and am excited that justin is going to be joining the team.
i wanted to check in to see what i can be doing for you, raphael and the company. as you know, i am 100% committed to billguard’s success but also know that you like your space and are not shy about asking for help when needed. it’s just that you’ve been so quiet lately i wanted to proactively reach out to see what’s up.reach out whenever. you know where to find me.in solidarity.rog

I can’t tell you how awesome it is to get such an email from an investor. To know that your extended family has your back whenever and however YOU need it, is just awesome. Thats the way things should work. Being a startup CEO can be a lonely job but its a lot more fun when you have friends, cheerleaders and coaches like Roger. Thanks man.
